Nature Immersion with silent walks and optional wild swimming
Deep Rest Practices including restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra
This is a space for Muslim women to gather, to breathe deeply, and to remember what it means to feel held, in faith, in body, and in community

A three-day immersive experience nestled in the soul-stirring landscape of Wales’s Elan Valley is an invitation for a sacred pause.
Rooted in feminist spiritual thought and infused with the wisdom of somatic practice, this gathering is curated to give Muslim women space to rest, reflect, and return to the Divine within.
Activities like dawn prayer, forest bathing, sacredfire circle, and spiritual sound bathing, will help us explore nature and our bodies as active sites of divine revelation. We invoke Prophetic foremothers like Maryam, Fatima al- Zahra and Balqis as the archetypes to help us bear witness to the divine strength and sacredness handed down to us from God through Hawa (Eve).
This retreat is for Muslim women who want to be held in community that honours their softness, strength, and dignity as sacred, and appreciates their presence as revolutionary.
